Free tracked shipping within the United States

Standard tracked shipping is free on all Voyavio orders shipped to eligible United States addresses. We currently sell to the United States only.

Dispatch and delivery

Orders ship directly from our fulfillment partner in China. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing and dispatch. The current supplier estimate is approximately 8–14 days in transit after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date; destination, carrier capacity, customs and holidays can affect timing. Orders are not suitable for a trip that depends on a fixed or urgent delivery date.

We send a shipping email with tracking when the carrier details are available. Tracking may take a few days to show its first movement. You can also visit our Track your order page.

Delays, missing parcels and address changes

If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing window, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund. If your parcel is delayed or missing, email support@shopvoyavio.com with your order number.

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us immediately if it needs to change; we cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.

Taxes and import charges

Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. If a carrier requests an unexpected import charge, contact us before paying so we can help resolve it.
