How to use
Open both zippers. Arrange folded or rolled clothing with space around the edges. Close the main zipper, then gently close the compression zipper, keeping fabric clear. Avoid overfilling or forcing a caught zipper.
What compression can and can't do
Compression helps bring packed clothing into a more compact shape. Results depend on clothing and packing style. It does not reduce luggage weight, and no fixed percentage of space savings is promised.

Three coordinated black packing cubes to keep clothing grouped and easier to find. Use the main zipper to close each cube, then the second zipper to compress. No pump is required.
Included: one small cube (30 x 20 cm), one medium cube (35 x 25 cm), and one large cube (40 x 30 cm). Dimensions are supplier-listed length x width; allow for small measurement differences. Clothing and luggage are not included.
Avoid overfilling. Keep fabric clear of the compression zipper and close gently. Compression does not reduce luggage weight; space savings depend on the clothing and packing style.
Shipping
Free tracked shipping within the United States
Standard tracked shipping is free on all Voyavio orders shipped to eligible United States addresses. We currently sell to the United States only.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders ship directly from our fulfillment partner in China. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing and dispatch. The current supplier estimate is approximately 8–14 days in transit after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date; destination, carrier capacity, customs and holidays can affect timing. Orders are not suitable for a trip that depends on a fixed or urgent delivery date.
We send a shipping email with tracking when the carrier details are available. Tracking may take a few days to show its first movement. You can also visit our Track your order page.
Delays, missing parcels and address changes
If we cannot dispatch within the stated processing window, we will contact you with an updated estimate and the option to cancel for a full refund. If your parcel is delayed or missing, email support@shopvoyavio.com with your order number.
Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us immediately if it needs to change; we cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.
Taxes and import charges
Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. If a carrier requests an unexpected import charge, contact us before paying so we can help resolve it.
Returns
30-day refund policy
You have 30 days from delivery to request a refund. Email support@shopvoyavio.com for instructions, including your order number and the email used at checkout.
For damaged, defective or incorrect items, tell us what happened. Photos can help us resolve the issue, but please contact us even if you cannot provide them.
How refunds work
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for the amount paid for the affected items, including applicable taxes. Bundle refunds reflect the discounted amount paid for each item.
After approval, we submit the refund within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it. If a refund has not appeared after 10 business days, please contact us.
Cancellations and delivery problems
Email us as soon as possible to request a cancellation. We will cancel an order that has not shipped. If it has shipped, contact us for help. If your order is lost or never arrives, contact us so we can investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Open and pack
Open both zippers fully. Fold or roll clothing into the cube, keeping fabric away from the edges. Avoid overfilling.

Close the main zipper
Close the lid using the main zipper. Check that sleeves, hems and loose fabric are tucked inside.

Compress gently
Close the second zipper slowly to bring the sides together. Guide fabric away from its path. If it catches, stop and back it up — never force it.

A few things before you go.
Will this set fit my carry-on?
Compare the cube dimensions with the usable interior of your bag. Luggage sizes and layouts vary, so we cannot guarantee a fit in every carry-on.
How much space will I save?
That depends on what and how you pack. Soft, bulky clothing compresses differently from dense fabrics. We do not promise a fixed percentage of space saved.
Does compression make my luggage lighter?
No. It changes how clothing is arranged, not its weight. Airline size and weight limits still apply.
Is a pump needed?
No. Compression comes from the second zipper, so there is no pump to pack or battery to charge.
What is included in each set?
Three black cubes: one small, one medium and one large. Choose two sets for six cubes. Clothing, luggage and other photo props are not included.
