Products and orders

Product descriptions explain what is included. Clothing, luggage and props shown in images are not included unless expressly stated. Colors can appear different on screens, and supplier-listed dimensions may vary slightly.

You agree to provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details. We may contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled because of availability, a pricing error or a payment issue. If we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel it and refund any payment collected.

Prices and promotions

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes and any delivery charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Promotions are subject to the eligibility described with the offer. Our Travel Together offer applies a 20% discount to eligible packing-cube sets when two or more are purchased in one order; it cannot be combined with other discounts.

Shipping and refunds

Our shipping policy and refund policy describe dispatch estimates, delivery assistance, cancellations and refunds.

Using the products

Avoid overfilling the cubes, keep fabric clear of the zipper and close gently. Compression does not reduce luggage weight. Check your airline's size and weight limits.

Privacy and website use

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Do not use this website for unlawful activity or interfere with its operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms for future orders. The terms and policies in effect when you place an order apply to that order.
